ELTEL invites a diligent, responsible and analytical PAYROLL SPECIALIST to join its team, who will ensure timely and accurate payroll calculation, administration of payroll-related taxes and execution of other financial transactions.

Salary
2500-3000 €/month gross
The salary depends on the experience.
In this position, you will:
- You will be responsible for payroll calculation and administration of employment-related benefits;
- You will prepare and submit payroll-related reports to Sodra, STI and other state institutions;
- You will administer daily allowance payments and perform accounting of business trip expenses;
- You will be responsible for performing the company's banking operations;
- You will consult employees and managers on payroll, vacation, business trips, sick leave and other payroll-related issues;
- You will cooperate with finance, personnel and other departments of the company to ensure smooth implementation of processes;
- You will contribute to initiatives to improve and streamline payroll accounting processes;
- You will carry out other assignments of the Chief Financial Officer as needed.
We are waiting for your CV if you:
- You have a higher university education in finance, economics or accounting;
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of payroll administration;
- You are able to work with payroll accounting systems (work experience with the Labbis Bonus payroll system would be a great advantage);
- You are well versed in the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating employment relations;
- You communicate excellently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing (knowledge of English would be an advantage);
- You work excellently with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs;
- You are meticulous, responsible, independent and focused on quality results;
- You are able to work with confidential information, ensure data accuracy and meet deadlines.
