Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a colleague who would join the payroll and personnel administration team and take care of payroll processes. The main responsibilities of this position are:
▪️ Calculate wages and other benefits (based on the total working time accounting) in the accounting program;
▪️ Prepare pay slips, perform payment operations;
▪️ Submit reports to state institutions;
▪️ Prepare certificates related to employees' wages;
▪️ Control of working time accounting slips;
▪️ Consulting employees on payroll and working time accounting issues;
▪️ Participation in audits;
▪️ Performing payroll administration functions together with the team, ensuring smooth implementation of processes and shared responsibility;
▪️ Performing tasks assigned by the direct manager.

▪️ Have a higher education (advantage: in the fields of accounting, finance, economics);
▪️ At least 1 year of similar work experience in a large company;
▪️ Experience working with the BSS program is an advantage;
▪️ Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) skills;
▪️ Knowledge of the principles of accounting and the Labor Code;
▪️ Diligence, responsibility, attention to detail;
▪️ Ability to work in a team and individually;
▪️ Ability to quickly master innovations;
▪️ A sincere desire to learn and improve;
▪️ Basics of English.

2400-2850 €/mon. gross
