Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of the contract phase of projects related to the Rail Baltica program
- Analyze the schedules of contractors and maintenance work, prepare plans and reports for visits and inspections at construction sites
- Perform quality control of the performance of contract work and maintenance services at construction sites, monitor and analyze the terms and quality of contract work
- Record the actual use of contractor and maintenance resources at the construction site and compliance with the work schedule (work speed, use of machinery/mechanisms/equipment, etc.)
- If necessary, organize visits/inspections of objects together with representatives of external entities (designers, occupational safety specialists, auditors, etc.) or participate in such visits as a representative of the customer
- Actively cooperate with the project implementation parties in order to ensure the assessment of solutions to the problems that have arisen, coordinating them with the responsible representatives of the customer, contractor, designer and maintenance
- Coordinate documents related to the technology of work and quality
- Ensure smooth internal communication and appropriate and timely sharing of available information
What do we expect?
- Higher education in the field of technological sciences (construction engineering, road, railway or urban engineering)
- Experience in managing contract works or performing technical supervision of construction works at a construction site
- Qualification certificate of a construction manager or construction technical supervision manager (Construction works: communication communications: roads, railway, other transport structures)
- Knowledge of construction legislation and technical regulations
- Skills in preparing and analyzing construction documentation
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies
- Ability to plan, perform, coordinate and control construction works
- Knowledge of clerical work, document preparation rules, good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Driver's license (category B)
- Fluent Lithuanian, basic English
