Nature of work

Currently, we are inviting a group manager to join the Infrastructure Supervision Center, Work Coordination Group in Kaunas, who will be responsible for the implementation of the group's goals, coordination of the group's activities, ensuring the safety of work at Litgrid facilities.

Job Description:

  • organize coordination of contractors' work in operating electrical installations of transmission network facilities, ensuring the issuance of permits for safe work;
  • consult, train responsible employees of contractors who have contracts with the company, provide information and documents necessary for the formalization and implementation of safe work;
  • conduct training, instruction, and exercises for operational repair workers of the Infrastructure Supervision Center;
  • organize and implement innovative work organization methods, advanced information technology tools and processes of the Group;
  • conduct inspections of contractors' workplaces, assessing the compliance of the work performed with the instructions, regarding the implementation of work in electrical installations, and the implementation of employee safety and environmental protection requirements.

Employee requirements

  • higher electrical engineering education;
  • management experience in the field of electricity (repair work in operating facilities, organization of work on the operation of the electricity distribution or transmission network);
  • knowledge of legal acts regulating the organization and execution of work in operating electrical facilities, reading electrical network diagrams;
  • good computer skills (MS Office);
  • ability to quickly respond to emerging problems, organization, analytical/engineering thinking, creativity, responsibility, diligence;
  • the right to drive a passenger car.

Advantages:

  • operational work experience in electricity companies;
  • qualification in electrical protection PC;
  • experience working with a control system (SCADA).
