Your main responsibilities:
We are looking for a sociable, proactive and fearless colleague who will help strengthen the safety culture in the production environment. If you like to communicate, conduct training, present information to groups of employees and strive to make safety not a formality, but a daily habit - we are waiting for you.
Your main responsibilities:
- Conduct introductory/periodic occupational safety and health briefings for employees;
- Organize and conduct daily safety interviews with employees;
- Clearly and convincingly present safety requirements and possible consequences of their non-compliance;
- Regularly visit production units, perform safety walkthroughs and identify risks;
- Identify non-compliance and unsafe working conditions, initiate action plans and monitor their implementation;
- Analyze safety indicators, recurring unsafe behaviors and provide suggestions for their prevention;
- Prepare presentations and conduct quarterly meetings for employees and subcontractors;
- Actively contribute to the creation of a safe work culture and increasing employee awareness.
We hope you:
- You have knowledge in the field of occupational safety and health or similar work experience;
- You are able to speak confidently in front of an audience and convey information clearly;
- You like to communicate with people and are not afraid to initiate discussions;
- You are responsible, organized and result-oriented;
- You are able to analyze situations and offer practical solutions;
- You have good computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
