Your daily activities at work would be:
To formulate and implement an occupational safety and health (OSH) strategy focused on accident prevention and the creation of a safe work culture;
To organize and coordinate occupational risk assessment, planning of preventive measures and control of their implementation;
To analyze incidents, accidents and dangerous situations, identify their root causes and initiate preventive actions;
To ensure the organization of employee instruction and training, to consult managers and employees on OSH issues;
To supervise and constantly update the company's OSH procedures, instructions and other documentation related to occupational safety;
To carry out prevention, control and monitoring of compliance with OSH requirements;
To prepare reports for management, provide insights and initiate performance improvement projects;
To cooperate with responsible institutions and other external partners on OSH issues;
To contribute to the supervision of fire safety and waste accounting processes.

Important abilities and skills:
Successful experience in the field of occupational safety and health (experience in the construction sector would be a great advantage);
Good knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating occupational safety and health;
Valid OSH specialist certificate;
Experience in the fields of occupational risk assessment, incident investigation and implementation of preventive measures;
Knowledge of occupational safety and health and fire safety requirements;
Ability to communicate clearly and cooperate constructively with employees, managers and institutions;
Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage;
Category B driver's license;
Knowledge of the basics of GPAIS and waste accounting is an advantage;
Initiative, responsibility, result orientation.
