Main responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain and timely update occupational safety, health and fire safety documents, ensuring their compliance with legal acts.
- Investigate accidents, analyze the circumstances and causes of incidents and provide proposals for preventive measures.
- Organize and coordinate occupational risk assessments in the company.
- Prepare and conduct employee training and instruction according to approved programs.
- Consult managers and employees on occupational safety, health and fire safety issues.
- Perform other OSH functions that meet the specifics of the company's activities.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the position of occupational safety specialist (required).
- Valid occupational safety and health specialist certificate.
- Good knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating occupational safety, health and fire safety.
- Skills in preparing and administering OSH documentation.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of English (required). Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Category B driver's license.
