Nature of work
- Ensure the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases;
- Execute control of occupational risk assessment processes and, if necessary, organize them;
- Prepare occupational safety, health and fire safety documents, administer the information system;
- Organize and conduct employee training and instructions;
- Monitor compliance with occupational safety, health and fire safety requirements;
- Cooperate with the direct manager, provide consultations and decisions on safety improvement.
- Implement fire risk prevention;
- Regularly visit all company departments; (Vilnius, Elektrėnai).
Employee requirements
- Higher education (engineering field is an advantage);
- Experience in occupational safety in a manufacturing or construction company;
- Knowledge of legislation related to occupational safety and health and fire safety;
- Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation and report preparation;
- Ability to organize training and clearly convey information;
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities;
- Basics of English;
- Responsibility, independence, diligence and initiative;
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Category B driver's license.
