Nature of work:
- Ensure the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases;
- Control and, if necessary, organize occupational risk assessment processes;
- Prepare occupational safety, health and fire safety documents,
- Organize and conduct employee training and instructions;
- Monitor compliance with occupational safety, health and fire safety requirements;
- Cooperate with the immediate supervisor, provide consultations and
- Implement fire risk prevention;
- Regularly visit all divisions of the company; (Vilnius).
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in the field of occupational safety in a manufacturing or construction company;
- Knowledge of legislation related to occupational safety and health and fire safety;
- Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation and reporting;
- Ability to organize training and clearly convey information;
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities;
- Basics of English;
- Responsibility, independence, diligence and initiative;
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Category B driver's license.
