When doing this job, you will need:
Organize and coordinate HVAC, VN and LVN works at the facilities;
Plan the progress of work, control deadlines and quality of work;
Distribute tasks to employees and subcontractors;
Ensure planning of the need for necessary materials and equipment;
Resolve technical issues and coordinate them with customers and other project participants;
Organize and control the delivery of completed works;
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and other requirements at the facilities.

We hope:
Have a university or higher engineering education;
Have experience as a project manager in the field of HVAC, VN and/or LVN;
Able to independently plan and organize work;
Know how to lead a team and make decisions;
Be responsible, organized and result-oriented;
Have a category B driver's license;
Able to work with a computer.
