Nature of work
- Organization of finishing works in new construction facilities;
- Analysis and implementation of interior projects;
- Calculation of work volumes and costs;
- Ensuring the deadlines for finishing works;
- Quality control of the work performed;
- Control of resources provided for the facility, ensuring the supply of materials.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in civil engineering, construction technology or a similar field;
- At least 2 years of experience in managing finishing works;
- Knowledge of construction and interior finishing processes and technologies;
- Ability to plan processes, organize work;
- Professional behavior and communication manners;
- Good computer skills;
- Responsibility and ability to solve problems;
- Working with subcontractors, suppliers, purchases is a great advantage.

- Organizational skills and responsibility for results;
- Ability to work in a team and lead others;
- Diligence, attention to detail, sociability and professional communication style;
