Nature of work
The work is dynamic – I will organize and plan the work of a team of 2-4 technicians who travel around Lithuania to install, service and repair car service equipment. Your day will be partly planning at the computer in Kaunas, partly communicating with customers by phone and e-mail, partly working with technicians in workshops or on-site.
You will accept orders from the sales department, evaluate what, how and when to install, distribute work to technicians, order parts from suppliers abroad, resolve technical issues with customers. When necessary – I will go to the site myself or help in the workshop.

This job is best suited to people who have previously worked as technicians or foremen in car repair shops, as work managers in manufacturing or service companies, as work managers with technical products or team leads with small technical teams or projects, as project managers in the technical field. It is also suitable for strong technicians or mechanics who want to move into a leadership and work organization position.

We hope you:
have experience in a technical field (auto repair, mechanics, electrical engineering, industrial equipment, construction or similar);
have management experience or clearly see yourself in a management role;
know how to plan work and distribute tasks to a team;
understand technical documentation - drawings, electrical diagrams, instructions;
know how to communicate with customers on technical issues - clearly and specifically;
know how to correspond with suppliers in English (speaking is not necessary, correspondence is fine);
work with a computer - ERP system, e-mail, Excel;
are responsible, organized;
have a category B driver's license.
