What kind of work awaits you:
- electrical works project management in Lithuania - coordination of progress, control of deadlines and problem solving
- formation of employee teams, care of the development process
- representation of the company in resolving issues with customers
- ensuring safety and quality of work
- participation in the calculation of estimates for new projects
- tracking the progress of work, documentation of completed work and analysis of deviations from the plan
- maintenance, preparation of documentation related to the execution of work
- control of materials intended for the object
Expectations for you:
- you have an education in electricity, automation, electrical engineering, energy
- you have experience in electrical project and team management
- you are able to read project documentation, drawings, diagrams
- you speak Russian well, English is an advantage
- you have excellent organizational skills, conflict management skills, you do not lack independence, initiative and leadership qualities
- you have a category B driver's license
