WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Form, organize and manage mobile installation teams
- Ensure the efficiency, quality and safety of the teams' work
- Organize maintenance of the technical fleet, service planning and logistics between projects in Europe
- Participate in equipment acquisition processes together with the procurement team, provide technical assessments
- Participate in project planning and contribute to pricing / estimate preparation
- Monitor the progress of work at the facilities, resolve operational issues
- Participate in working groups for the development of new services

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience in implementing field electrical projects, understanding the progress and processes of such projects (joint construction works, earthworks, medium/high voltage networks)
- Experience in leading installation teams
- Knowledge of work planning, capacity management, efficiency of equipment use
- Understanding of the specificity of heavy equipment (excavators, pile drivers, concreting equipment, etc.)
- English B2 level; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, orientation towards results and quality of work
- Knowledge of (HSE) work safety principles
- Work both in the office and at sites in Europe (about 50% of working time will be spent on business trips) seeing the real result of your work
- Driving license category B
