Organization and coordination of solar power plant installation projects;
- Preparation of objects for work execution;
- Planning and control of material requirements;
- Organization and coordination of the work of installation teams;
- Supervision of work progress at objects;
- Communication with customers from the beginning of work to the handover of the object;
- Coordination of work and prompt decision-making in case of changes in circumstances at the object;
- Coordination of several objects at the same time;
- Handover of objects to customers and coordination of completed work reports
Employee requirements
Experience in organizing installation, construction or other technical work;
- Experience in leading teams of workers or coordinating work at facilities;
- Ability to plan, organize and control the progress of work;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Responsibility, independence and result orientation;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Category B driver's license.
