WORK FOREMAN (Construction of welfare infrastructure)

Organization, coordination and ensuring the implementation of assigned objects;
Leading a team of employees, organizing the work process according to the established deadlines for the implementation of the object;
Distribution and control of work at the object in accordance with the established deadlines;
Recording the quantities of hired mechanisms and workers' working hours;
Timely planning of material requirements, equipment and human resources;
Preparation of work schedules and ensuring their consistency, performing work qualitatively, effectively using available resources.
Daily recording and submission of the quantities of work performed to the project manager;
Filling in electronic construction logs;
Geodetic measurements - a great advantage;
Ensure profitable, high-quality and timely implementation of assigned road construction projects.

Higher technical/engineering education;

At least 3 years of management experience in road maintenance, construction, foundation preparation, pavement installation or similar field;

Ability to read construction drawings and be familiar with documents regulating road construction and maintenance;

Ability to plan one's own and team's work according to established deadlines;

Category B driver's license;

Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;

Construction manager certificate is an advantage;

Experience in conducting geodetic measurements is a great advantage.
