• At least 4 years of experience in organizing production work in the field of metal, offshore construction painting (in large-scale projects)
• Computer literacy (MS office) skills
• Experience in managing a team of up to 20 employees
• Good English and Russian language skills (Spanish - an advantage)
• Flexibility, strategic thinking and effective delegation of work skills
• Ability to form and motivate a team
