WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Coordinate the team's work on the offshore platform construction project (electrical installation).
- Monitoring the progress of construction work, documenting the work performed and analyzing deviations from the plan.
- Lead the team (15-20 people).
- Collaborate with the client on project and organizational issues.
- Work on business trips abroad - 4-6 weeks on the project, 1-2 weeks rest in Lithuania.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Team management experience.
- Technical education in electrical engineering.
- Experience in managing similar projects. Offshore projects are a big advantage.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to read design documentation, drawings, diagrams.
- Good computer skills.
