Who are we?
We are Sirin Development - a commercial real estate development company. We are currently implementing a large-scale logistics complex construction project (2 buildings), carried out in several construction phases, and we are looking for a Construction Manager who can manage the construction process from the beginning to the handover of the facility.
Nature of work:
- Construction management from preparatory work to commissioning of the facility(ies).
- Daily construction site management and coordination in accordance with approved deadlines.
- Planning, coordination and control of construction work.
- Preparing detailed construction work schedules, monitoring and adjusting their implementation.
- Contractor management, control of work deadlines and scope.
- Ensuring compliance with employee safety, fire and construction regulations.
- Analysis of project documentation.
- Cooperation with the project manager, construction manager, ensuring smooth implementation of the construction process.
- Preparing facilities for commissioning and participating in commissioning procedures.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of construction or engineering.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the construction sector, managing construction works.
- Knowledge of construction work technologies.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
- Skills in working with AutoCAD and MS Office 365.
- Sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills.
