Having assembled a strong team of construction specialists, we purposefully develop modern residential neighborhoods, paying great attention to functionality, quality and durability. Currently, our team is inviting a WORK MANAGER to join our team.

Nature of work:

  • Implement projects from the beginning of construction until the construction site is declared suitable for use;
  • Control and ensure compliance of the processes carried out with the design requirements of the construction site;
  • Ensure that the processes carried out at the facility comply with the technology of work execution and quality assurance requirements;
  • Manage and supervise construction work carried out by subcontractors;
  • Control orders for materials and mechanisms;
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of construction manager experience;
  • Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently;
  • Higher technical education in the field of construction engineering is an advantage;
  • Qualification certificate granting the right to hold the position of construction manager is an advantage.
