Who are we?
We are a Kaunas-based construction company implementing commercial, industrial and civil engineering projects throughout Lithuania. Our work includes new construction, reconstruction, asphalting, installation of amenities, installation of metal structures and other complex construction solutions.
We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced project manager who can ensure the smooth implementation of projects from the start of work to the handover of the facility.

Nature of work
- Analysis of design and technical documentation and organization of work according to design solutions;
- Preparation of construction work schedules, control of their implementation and adjustment according to the progress of the project;
- Planning, organization of construction work and daily coordination of construction site work, ensuring the performance of work according to established deadlines and quality requirements;
- Planning and effective management of resources (labor, equipment, materials) required for construction work;
- Cooperation with customers, designers, technical supervision, subcontractors and other project participants;
- Preparation, completion, management and control of documentation required for the implementation of construction work;
- Ensuring compliance with work quality, technological requirements and occupational safety requirements at the facility.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Has a higher education in the field of construction or engineering;
- Has experience in managing construction works;
- Knowledge of construction technologies, organization of construction processes and legal acts regulating construction;
- Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and effectively organize team work;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Knowledge of English or Russian is an advantage.
