What responsibilities will we entrust?
We expect the project manager to take full responsibility for the management and results of the construction site. Duties are not limited to process coordination, but include the budget, deadlines, quality, safety and successful handover of the site to the customer.
- Planning, organizing and monitoring the implementation of electrical and construction works at the sites.
- Managing teams of installers, electricians and contractors, coordinating work and ensuring deadlines.
- Organizing the installation of solar power plants, transformers, power grids and other energy facilities.
- Planning, ordering and coordinating the supply of materials, equipment and machinery.
- Ensuring compliance with the quality of the work being carried out, technological solutions and design documentation requirements.
- Monitoring compliance with occupational safety, fire and other legal requirements at the site.
- Cooperation with project managers, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, technical maintenance representatives and customers.
- Administration of construction documentation and control of filling in the electronic construction work log.
- Operational problem solving and decision-making during project implementation.
We hope you have:
- Higher education in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, energy, construction engineering or similar field.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a works manager or similar position.
- Ability to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams and design documentation.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating work in construction or energy facilities.
- Ability to plan work, manage deadlines and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in working with an electronic construction work log.
- Good teamwork and leadership skills.
- Responsibility, organization, initiative and result orientation.
- Valid energy worker certificates.
- Category B driver's license.
Advantages

- Experience in the implementation of solar power plants, power grids or transformer projects.
- Basics of using AutoCAD.
