ARBORA is one of the largest environmental management companies in Lithuania. More than 130 specialists, over 40 pieces of equipment and hundreds of implemented projects across the country - behind these numbers lies experience, responsibility and consistent growth.
We are looking for a project manager who would be able to manage processes, coordinate the work of employees and equipment and take responsibility for the final result. It is important for us that the work is carried out safely, qualitatively, without defects and within the agreed deadlines.
The activities of this team include the removal of vegetation, management of territories, maintenance of air line protection zones and other projects related to the removal of vegetation. We constantly work at different facilities, so it is important for us not only to have a professional team and appropriate equipment, but also to ensure the smooth organization of all work.

Your working day:
— You will plan, organize and coordinate work at different vegetation removal and territory management facilities throughout Lithuania.
— You will organize the work of employees, sawmill crews and equipment operators, distribute tasks and control their implementation.
— You will ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with occupational safety and health requirements.
— You will control the use of equipment, proper operation and maintenance, plan the necessary resources.
— You will monitor the progress, quality and deadlines of the work, ensure the prevention of defects and discrepancies.
— You will promptly resolve problems arising at the facilities and make decisions necessary for the smooth implementation of the work.
— You will communicate with customers, coordinate the progress of the work and organize the delivery of completed work.

Required:
— Experience in organizing work, managing teams or similar managerial work.
— Ability to independently plan work, set priorities and make decisions.
— Ability to distribute tasks to the team, control their implementation and ensure the final result.
— Responsible attitude to work safety, quality and compliance with agreed deadlines.
— Technical knowledge and understanding of the operation and operation of equipment and mechanisms.
— Good communication skills and the ability to communicate constructively with employees and customers.
— Category B driver's license.
— Readiness to actively participate in organizing work at facilities.

— Organizational skills – able to manage multiple objects at the same time, allocate resources and maintain the work flow.
— Result orientation – take responsibility for the team’s work, quality and final result.
— Initiative and independence – notice problems, look for solutions and do not wait for each step to be indicated.
— Demanding quality – strive for work to be done correctly the first time, without unnecessary corrections and additional costs.
— Team approach – able to motivate employees, clearly communicate tasks and maintain smooth cooperation.

— Experience in the fields of vegetation removal, forestry, land management, construction or infrastructure maintenance.
— Experience in organizing the work of heavy equipment operators and sawmill crews.
— Ability to independently solve technical and organizational problems at facilities.
