UAB "Paradis" - one of the companies that installs the most new elevators and lifts in Lithuania, is looking for a work manager to work with the preparation of elevator shafts.

The work manager will be responsible for:
- Properly prepared places for elevator/lift installation by Customers;
- Solving unforeseen situations during the installation of lifting equipment;
- Transferring installed lifting equipment and documents to Customers.
You will need to:
- Transfer construction tasks to the Customers' responsible persons;
- Provide verbal and written advice to customers on construction issues;
- Travel to facilities throughout Lithuania, check the suitability of the work being performed and already completed by Customers;
- Organize the delivery of materials and equipment to facilities;
- Prepare the necessary documentation for the acceptance of work fronts, the transfer of completed work;
- Physically participate in the transfer of work to customers, familiarize them with the specifics of the newly purchased equipment and its operation.
Employee requirements
- Very good computer skills and general computer literacy (MS Office, Google Cloud);
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually;
- Organization, extremely good time planning and communication skills for oneself and the team;
- Good communication skills, positive attitude;
- Responsibility and desire to improve and seeking solutions based on long-term value for the company;
- Driver's license (category B).
