Work Manager

At UAB "Vakarų buitis" you will be responsible for:
Preparing auxiliary shipbuilding work at the workplace;
Organizing work, planning brigade work; Preparing shift tasks;
Ensuring safety requirements at workplaces;
Fulfilling brigade working hours;
Assigning work;
Communicating with customer representatives.

We believe that you would be most successful if you: Have a higher or higher education;
You know from experience what a work manager is responsible for;
You are able to lead people - mobilize and motivate them for a common goal;
You speak English and Russian;
You are good at working with a computer;
You have at least two years of work experience in production, ships or construction;
You are able to read technical drawings (an advantage);
You consider yourself an independent, optimistic person who is able to think strategically.
