We specialize in the highest level of technical insulation, sheet metal and scaffolding system solutions. What will you do after joining us?
- You will plan and allocate work, supervise its implementation in projects.
- You will organize, coordinate and control the activities of subordinate employees.
- You will ensure the quality of the work performed and carry out control.
- You will monitor work schedules and ensure that they are completed on time.
- You will ensure that occupational safety and environmental protection requirements are met.
- You will conduct daily ASAICHI meetings.
- You will report to the site manager and, if necessary, replace him/her.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of insulation-tinning or scaffolding.
- Good knowledge of Finnish and English.
- Experience in leading a team and the ability to ensure its smooth operation.
- Result-oriented, proactive and creative in finding solutions.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions independently.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
