Nature of work
- Leading a team performing repair work;
- Supervision of engineering systems of serviced buildings, planning and organizing related work;
- Control of the quality and deadlines of the work performed;
- Control of established budget indicators;
- Communication with customers.
What do we expect
- Higher or higher engineering education;
- Work experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage;
- Organizational, time-planning and leadership skills;
- Responsibility, diligence, and the ability to achieve set goals;
- Task allocation, control and time-planning skills;
- Knowledge of building engineering systems;
- Very good knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- Driver's license ("B" category).
