Your tasks will be:
Your tasks will be:
- Manage outdoor electrical construction/installation works at facilities;
- Plan, distribute and supervise work at facilities;
- Coordinate the work of subordinate employees at facilities, ensure the quality of their work and constantly monitor it;
- Ensure the supply and efficient use of resources and materials intended for facilities;
- Handover of facilities/works to Customers and/or authorized institutions, reporting and handover of works;
- Operative problem solving.
If you:
- Has a technical education (electrical engineering, electronics, automation);
- Has at least 1 year of experience as a work supervisor in outdoor electrical construction works;
- Able to effectively coordinate and control the work of subordinate employees and work at construction sites;
- Has excellent organizational skills;
- Has leadership qualities and can be an authority for other team members;
- Be proactive, responsible, independent;
- Russian is an advantage.
