Nature of work
- Organize and supervise the construction of outdoor engineering networks (heating lines, water supply, storm and domestic sewage networks, concreting and general construction works);
- Plan the progress of work, coordinate the team's activities and ensure the quality of work and employee safety;
- Cooperate with the project manager, customer, technical maintenance representatives and other project participants in resolving technical and organizational issues;
- Organize the supply of building materials and necessary equipment to the facilities;
- Prepare and administer documentation related to the implementation of the project, record the scope of work performed.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in managing construction works of field engineering networks;
- Ability to effectively organize team work, make decisions and promptly solve emerging problems;
- Category B driver's license;
- Valid qualification certificate - an advantage;
- Knowledge of English or Russian - an advantage.
