Your responsibilities will be:
- represent the company in the client's logistics warehouse and maintain a professional relationship with the client's management;
- be the main contact person between the client, employees and our internal teams;
- ensure smooth daily organization of work in the warehouse;
- solve problems arising for employees (work, adaptation, motivation, etc.);
- take care of employee well-being, reduce rotation, increase job satisfaction;
- monitor productivity, attendance, discipline and team morale;
- help new employees adapt;
- initiate process improvements in the warehouse;
- provide regular reports on the situation in the project.
Work schedule: I - V.
Place of work: The Netherlands.
We hope you:
- have experience in leading people (teams, shifts, projects, etc.);
- have experience in logistics, production or project management (advantage – work abroad);
- are able to communicate with people from different cultures;
- have excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- you have organizational skills, responsibility, and stress resistance;
- are able to work independently and make decisions on the spot;
- have excellent knowledge of English (Dutch – an advantage);
- have a category B driver's license;
- are ready to live and work in the Netherlands.
