The company is currently inviting a dynamic and ambitious new colleague to join the team - Construction Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and ensure the execution of construction project works;
- Evaluate and prepare project execution schedules;
- Control project requirements;
- Guarantee that the established project deadlines are met;
- Coordinate and ensure work control;
- Monitor that all work execution technology requirements are met;
- Ensure that the facilities do not lack employees, necessary tools and equipment;
- Ensure the need and quantities of materials;
- Track project resources and monitor their control;
- Monitor the acts of completed work, carry out control of the acts of completed work and ensure smooth administration;
- Guarantee that safety and health requirements are met.
THE COMPANY EXPECTS FROM YOU:
- Higher education in civil engineering, knowledge of street construction processes.
- Construction management experience in infrastructure projects.
- Valid SSVA (special construction work manager certificate) is an advantage.
- Ability to independently plan and organize work for oneself and the team.
