🛠️ Responsibilities

Supervision, control of construction works
Coordination of construction site management works
Quality supervision of ongoing construction works
Preparation, management of documentation related to construction execution and supervision
Assistance in coordinating work safety at the construction site
Inspection of completed works, control of work progress reports
Transfer of fronts to contractors
Minutes of weekly meetings
Participation in the inspection of property of objects
Participation in the handover of objects to the end user
Participation in the handover of objects to relevant institutions
Comprehensive assistance to the construction manager

💡 Requirements

At least 1 year of experience on a construction site (preferably in the position of a construction manager)
Knowledge of construction processes and technologies
Work planning, organization and coordination skills
Computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, ACAD, etc.)
Reading and understanding of drawings
Knowledge of construction technical and legal regulations
Ability to objectively assess the situation and provide solutions
Initiative, diligence, communication skills and quick orientation
Higher engineering education
