As we develop solar module installation projects in Europe, we are open to new project management team members, so we invite an open, proactive and motivated PROJECT MANAGER TO WORK IN GERMANY!
WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Manage a team of up to 50 employees (including subcontractor management) performing solar power park construction work
- Ensure daily work planning, work progress, progress tracking, quality of work performance, work safety requirements, documentation management
- Communicate with customer representatives, represent the interests of the company
- Work independently, solve daily technical and organizational problems, effectively manage the team, ensure smooth organization of work in dynamic situations, and be a leader and authority for other team members
- Work on business trips abroad - 4-8 weeks on the project, 1-3 weeks to rest at home.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Vocational or higher education in electrical, automation or mechanical engineering
- More than 1 year of experience in solar power plant construction and management
- Experience in managing a team of up to 50 employees
- Experience working with subcontractors
- Very good English, average Russian
- PK, VK, AK certificates are an advantage.
