Nature of work:
- Planning and organizing work to ensure smooth and timely execution;
- Organizing team work and distributing tasks;
- Making decisions at the site, assessing situations and selecting the most effective solutions;
- Planning materials, equipment and work tools and ensuring that the team has everything it needs to perform the work;
- Supervision of work progress, quality and deadline control;
- Recording completed work, filling in the electronic construction log;
- Organizing the handover of the object.
Expectations for the candidate:
- experience in organizing engineering systems installation work in a work manager or similar position (HVAC - a big advantage);
- ability to independently plan work and make decisions;
- understanding how to effectively organize team work at the facility;
- responsible approach to deadlines, quality and results;
- ability to see the "big picture", not just individual tasks;
- qualification certificate or the ability to maintain it - an advantage;
- good organizational and communication skills.
