Currently, the team in Klaipėda is inviting an HVAC and VN works manager to join the team, whose job description will be:
- Organization, planning and supervision of HVAC and VN engineering systems installation works at the construction site;
- Filling in technical construction documentation, ensuring the supply of necessary building materials to the object;
- Leading a group of subordinate employees;
- Handing over completed works to customers.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education in the field of construction;
- Experience in organizing HVAC and VN part installation work;
- Skills in reading AutoCad drawings;
- Certificate of special construction work manager for a special structure;
- Ability to organize, plan and distribute work;
- Experience in leading a team;
- Category B driver's license.
