What tasks await:

  • preparation and execution of seasonal, weekly and operational road maintenance, construction and repair work plans;
  • smooth management of priorities, deadlines and resources (crews, equipment, materials);
  • coordination of foremen and crews, task distribution, introduction and instruction, progress monitoring;
  • ensuring the quality of work, compliance with standards, technical requirements and contractual obligations and organization of intermediate / final inspections, elimination of non-conformities;
  • implementation of temporary traffic restrictions / organization schemes, control of a safe work zone;
  • operational coordination and execution of emergency, seasonal (winter / summer) work, extreme situations (snow, storms, floods);
  • active and passive standby according to a pre-agreed schedule, ensuring operational response;
  • ensuring compliance with employee safety and health measures, environmental protection and KET;
  • planning the need for materials, tools, fuel;
  • planning the need for equipment, ensuring effective use and proper maintenance, initiating repairs / prevention;
  • coordination of subcontractors' work, supervision, acceptance of work;
  • timely filling in and retrieving work logs, work delivery reports, write-offs and data entry into systems.

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • has obtained a higher engineering education (advantage – in the field of road engineering);
  • has work experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities (management experience is an advantage);
  • is a skilled user of the MS Office program package;
  • is able to ensure smooth organization of work, is proactive, responsible and easy to communicate;
  • have a category B driver's license
