We invite you to join our cool team!
- Planning, organizing and controlling assembly, installation and repair works of pipelines, metal structures and technological equipment at the facilities;
- Organizing the work of employees, distributing tasks and controlling their execution;
- Ensuring the quality of the work performed, compliance with deadlines and technological requirements;
- Coordination of technical and organizational issues with the project manager, customer and other project participants;
- Planning the need for materials, tools and equipment necessary for the work and coordinating their delivery to the facility;
- Ensuring compliance with employee safety and health requirements at the facility;
- Recording the work performed, filling out and preparing project documentation;
- Participation in project and production meetings.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have experience as a project manager in the field of industrial, energy, pipeline, metal structures or technological equipment installation;
- Be able to independently organize the work of employees at the facility and take responsibility for the result;
- Be able to read and understand technical drawings and design documentation;
- Be able to promptly resolve technical and organizational issues arising at the facility;
- Be able to communicate in English;
- Be prepared to work on projects abroad;
- Have a category B driver's license;
- A qualification certificate in the field of heat production is a great advantage.
AND WE OFFER IN EXCHANGE:
- Work in international energy and industrial projects in Germany, France, Austria, Estonia and other EU countries;
- Work on a rotational basis – 4 weeks abroad / 1 week in Lithuania;
- Company-paid travel to/from the project location and accommodation abroad;

- All necessary tools for work, a work phone and a computer;
