We are currently looking for a work manager who will ensure the maintenance of water supply, sewage, heating and electrical systems of apartment buildings and other buildings, as well as high-quality organization of the work of technical personnel. This is a responsible, dynamic and technical knowledge-demanding job that provides an opportunity to contribute to the reliability and efficiency of building engineering systems.

Requirements
- Engineering or technical education;
- Experience in the field of plumbing and heating works management: at least several years of work experience with water supply, sewage or heating systems;
- Experience as a plumbing works manager - a great advantage;
- Special works manager certificate - a great advantage;
- Ability to effectively plan, coordinate and ensure the performance of work;
- Diligence and accuracy: it is important to adhere to the established deadlines and quality requirements;
- Ability to manage a team;
- Driver's license ("B" category);
- Ability to resolve conflict situations.
