The team is currently looking for a Project Manager whose main mission will be to ensure a smooth furniture installation process in the facilities themselves, effectively manage teams “on the ground” and ensure the highest quality of the work performed.

YOUR DAILY LIFE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process management in facilities: Continuous work and situation control in the facilities we implement (offices, hotels, public spaces), where furniture is installed.
- Team coordination: Organization of the work of loaders and installers, distribution of tasks in large-scale facilities and supervision of the quality of their performance.
- Multitasking: Supervision of several large commercial facilities, control and coordination of stages at the same time.
- Problem solving "here and now": Quick response to non-standard situations, rational decision-making and courageous assumption of responsibility for the final result.
- Collaboration: Communication with our project managers, architects and construction site representatives or general contractors directly at the facility.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have experience in leading a team and processes in facilities (furniture assembly, decoration or construction sector - a big advantage).
- Understand the specifics of commercial and private facilities, where deadlines and quality are a priority.
- Have rational thinking and lightning-fast orientation - able to find solutions where others see only problems or delays.
- Are not afraid to take full responsibility for the facilities and team you manage.
- Have a valid category B driver's license.
