Your main responsibilities:
- Work management and quality: planning, organizing, timely execution and control of simple and/or major repairs and reconstruction of residential facilities, meeting quality and technical requirements.
- Technical coordination: Communicate with customers, resolve emerging technical issues and ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Team leadership: Organize and supervise the work of subordinate employees (brigades) and contractors, distribute tasks and control their execution.
- Resource planning: Assess and plan the need for the necessary employees' time, equipment, materials and products.
- Materials and quality control: Receive, store and check the quality of incoming materials and equipment.
- Documentation management: Prepare project execution documents and accurately keep records of working hours.
- Safety assurance: Control that all employee safety, health and fire protection requirements are strictly observed in the facilities.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of practical experience in the field of repair and reconstruction of the above-mentioned objects and the organization, execution or technical coordination of these works.
- SSVA construction manager certificate, which gives the right to manage the construction work of special or non-special structures.
- Good understanding of construction processes and technologies.
- Ability to lead people, plan work and control the result.
- Ability to solve unforeseen situations at the facility.
- Higher engineering or technical education.
- Good computer skills.
- Category B driver's license.
- Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language. Russian would be an advantage.
If you have the appropriate education and the necessary experience, but do not yet have the necessary certificate, the company will help you prepare and maintain it:
- Electrical safety certificate (VK category).
- HVAC certificate - gives the right to maintain and operate heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Heat maintenance certificate – confirms competence to maintain a heating system, heat production and supply facilities.
