We are looking for a Project Manager to join the AVS PipeFit team and be responsible for the smooth organization of work and team management in international industrial projects in Sweden and/or Norway.

Employee requirements
- Reading piping system drawings and diagrams - A MUST
- Higher education (technical/engineering) - an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of industrial projects
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, Russian - spoken
- Computer literacy (MS office)
- Understanding of work culture, responsibility and diligence
- Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly set priorities, make decisions and see risks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to resolve conflict situations
- Ability to lead a team, plan one's own and the team's work.
