The main functions would be:

- organization of insulation work and control of its execution;
- planning and replanning of team work, distribution of tasks;
- ensuring compliance with the work schedule and budget;
- control of compliance with work quality and safety requirements;
- communication with the customer, subcontractors and other project participants;
- identification and management of risks;
- project resource management;
- preparation and completion of technical documentation.
Employee requirements
What do we expect from you:
- work experience as a project manager or similar position;
- technical knowledge in the field of insulation;
- technical work experience and knowledge of processes;
- good organizational and leadership skills;
- team management and problem-solving skills;
- knowledge of working with technical documentation;
- responsibility, initiative, ability to make decisions quickly.
- driving license (category B).
