Nature of work
- Planning, organizing and daily supervision of construction work at the site.
- Drawing up a construction work execution schedule, controlling deadlines and ensuring adherence to the schedule.
- Controlling the quality of construction work, deadlines and technological processes.
- Ordering, planning and controlling the supply of construction materials.
- Filling in an electronic construction work log.
- Ensuring employee safety and health requirements at the site.
- Negotiations with subcontractors, coordinating their work and controlling the work performed.
- Communication with designers, technical maintenance, suppliers and the client.
- Managing construction documentation and ensuring the progress of the project.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher engineering education in construction or similar field
- Knowledge of construction technological processes
- Work experience (at least 3 years)
- Qualification certificate (preferred)
- Good computer skills (Office, CAD)
- Independence, organization, problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, construction processes, and construction work regulations of the Republic of Lithuania (advantage).
