Nature of work
- Directly organize, coordinate and control construction work at the facility;
- Prepare a work implementation plan and project work schedule at the tactical and operational level;
- Make appointments, obtain necessary permits for work at the construction site;
- Prepare and sign hidden work and test reports, submit completed stages to technical supervision;
- Ensure compliance of the quality of construction work with the project and regulatory requirements. Fill in the construction work log and other technical documentation of the facility;
- Ensure compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety, hygiene and environmental protection requirements at the site.
- Instruct employees (DSS, fire safety, risk assessment, environmental protection, SDL, manufacturers' instructions, etc.). Maintain work discipline and order, organize the work of the project implementation group;
- Keep records of equipment, materials and other work tools stored in the facility warehouse, control their targeted use.
- Manage project risks and crisis situations at the construction site;
- Comply with the project's legal framework, international and national project management standards;
Employee requirements
- Education: higher or higher engineering (electrical or equivalent);
- Energy certificates;
- Must have a category B driver's license
- Must have a certificate of a manager of special construction works of a special structure, giving the right to manage works in the electrical field, issued by SPSC, meeting the requirements of the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania and STR 1.02.01:2017.
- At least 3 years of professional management experience in the relevant field of construction technical activities.
- At least 2 years of work experience in engineering networks of structures (LITGRID) is an advantage.
