- Work in Sweden;
- Flexible rotations;
- Representing the company at the site, communicating with customers or other site participants;
- Organizing and controlling the construction/dismantling of scaffolding;
- Ensuring work safety and quality requirements;
- Planning the team's work;
- Keeping track of working hours and recording work performed;
- Daily risk and resource management;
- Preparing and completing technical documentation.
Employee requirements
- Work experience as a site manager or similar position;
- Technical knowledge in the field of scaffolding;
- Communication in English (Swedish is an advantage);
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Ability to work with technical documentation;
- Category B driver's license;
- Professional, responsible and positive attitude to work.
