Work manager

Plan and organize the performance of construction works and exercise their control;
Ensuring the performance of construction works according to the established deadlines;
Cooperation with customers and subcontractors on construction work management issues;
Ensuring and implementing work safety requirements at the construction site;
Drawing up and controlling the construction work performance schedule;
Preparing and controlling construction documentation;
Ordering materials and mechanisms;
Calculating the quantities of work performed.

Have a higher engineering education;
Have at least 2 years of similar work experience;
Be familiar with construction processes;
Be able to read, analyze projects and technical documentation;
Be able to work with basic MS Office programs;
Be able to independently solve problems;
Knowledge of Russian (an advantage);
Driver's license.
