We are looking for a Project Manager to join the AVS PipeFit team and be responsible for the smooth organization of work and team management in international shipbuilding projects in Germany and/or Finland.
Work on a secondment/rotation basis.

What do we expect from you?
- Skills in reading and understanding ship piping system drawings and diagrams – essential
- Higher technical/engineering education
- At least 1 year of work experience in shipbuilding
- Good oral and written English and communicative Russian language skills
- Teamwork planning, organization and coordination skills
- Independence in decision-making, ability to set priorities and assess potential risks
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
