Nature of work:
- Organize and supervise the construction of outdoor engineering networks (water supply, stormwater and sewage) at the facilities;
- Plan the progress of work and the activities of subordinate employees at the facilities;
- Organize the supply of construction materials and necessary equipment to the facilities;
- Ensure the quality of work, employee safety and compliance with fire safety requirements;
- Prepare technical documentation, submit reports to the project manager and fill in construction work logs.
Employee requirements:
- Work experience as a project manager or in similar fields (in the field of field engineering network construction - an advantage);
- Ability to effectively plan team work and promptly solve emerging problems;
- Knowledge of Construction Technical Regulations (STR) and understanding of construction technical documentation;
- Category B driver's license;
- Good computer skills ("AutoCad" program - an advantage);
- Valid qualification certificate - an advantage.
