Management of construction works at facilities;
Cooperation with clients on construction work management issues;
Control of work schedules;
Ordering materials to the supply manager or directly from material suppliers;
Ensuring the efficient use of materials and mechanisms;
Ensuring the safety and quality of work at the site;
Preparation of technical construction documentation and reports.

Experience as a construction manager;
Ability to work with a computer;
Ability to lead a team of employees;
Organization of work;
Certificate of qualification entitling the holder to hold the position of special construction manager.
