We are looking for a responsible, organized and leadership-minded Construction Manager to join the Corpus Pro team and coordinate the maintenance and repair of building engineering systems.
Your main responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing maintenance and repair work of engineering systems of serviced buildings;
- Distribution of preventive maintenance and repair work to technical personnel;
- Control of the quality and deadlines of the work performed;
- Cooperation with building maintenance managers (administrators) in resolving building maintenance issues;
- Organization of teamwork, employee development and motivation;
- Improving the efficiency of operational processes;
- Communication with clients, their consulting and prompt resolution of problems.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher technical education - an advantage;
- Experience in managing a team of employees;
- Experience in servicing business clients and/or apartment buildings - an advantage;
- Good skills in working with Microsoft Office programs;
- Category B driver's license;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Responsibility, organization and independence;
- Leadership and ability to make decisions;
- Result orientation;
- Ability to build, develop and motivate a team.

- From €3,450 gross – the final remuneration will depend on your competencies and experience;

- Work Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 (40 hours per week);
